Fattoria La Principina covers an area of 100 hectares (245 acres) in the Maremma region of Tuscany, between the beaches of Principina a Mare and Castiglione della Pescaia and the hills of the Maremma Nature Park.

The hotel was created from the renovation of an old rural house on the Fattoria's grounds, five kilometres from Grosseto. It is new, romantic and furnished in a refined Tuscan style.
