Large spaces, each room tastefully decorated, cozy rooms, clean. Excellent cuisine, typical Tuscan and not only.Super friendly and efficient staff. Reception H.24. Possibility of practising sport or using the Spa. It is also a good starting point for excursions nearby: Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, Bolgheri. Highly recommended 🔝🔝🔝

Excellent, very large and well-maintained facility, the owners and in particular Mrs Daniela always present in the facility ready to accommodate guests' requests. Huge facility where you can even move around by car. Incredibly friendly staff at all times. Breakfast up to standard as well as the pool facilities. Super complete gym at pro level. Too bad about the rooms very agè: it would take very little to refresh them and make them more enjoyable. Quiet establishment, rests well. Very good pool service, but the presence of bees, mosquitoes and flies makes the stay sometimes difficult; it is normal that, being in the green, there are insects, but I think something more could be done (eg repellent plants, etc.), otherwise you do not enjoy much the bed! In any case a positive surprise and I really recommend staying here.

Exceptionally friendly staff, smiling and always available. The kindness of the staff is a constant presence H24 and is an essential element. The facility is very large and well-maintained, with a wide range of facilities designed to meet every need: a large main pool, a smaller pool, poolside bar, table tennis in the pool. Inside we find billiards, a free gym and much more - as can be read on the official website. The rooms are really spacious. One double room, for example, even has a small sofa with a flat-screen TV, which is much larger than average. The wardrobe is huge and has numerous hangers, as well as bedside tables and drawers. The bathroom consists of a toilet and an anteroom, with a large and convenient washbasin. The bar is well stocked and the sea is only a 10-minute drive away. WATCH OUT FOR ROADBLOCKS As for the half-board, the fact that you can choose from four courses of first course and four courses of second course is excellent. Generous continental breakfast

Facility surrounded by greenery but easy to reach. We spent the Easter holidays with the whole family and we all had a great time, especially the children. Very nice and friendly reception staff; waiters and excellent food; activities planned for the stay explained very well. The child had a great time during the egg hunt, the farm tour and the archery. The only thing I didn't like was that there is a bath/shower in the room. I would have preferred just the shower but that's my personal taste. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We will definitely return.

This is the second year in a row that I have been back (if we don't count the previous ones but I was still a creature 😃) an incredible holiday!!! The structure (now I'm talking about the hotel) represents from my point of view excellence, the staff is prepared, helpful and very attentive to customer needs. Really very nice lunch and dinner served with care and attention to detail....... Surrounded by postcard-perfect greenery, Fattoria La Principina has the ability to make you really disconnect from everything, and to be pampered in a way that few facilities do. The wellness centre offers many treatments with (again) very well trained, competent and extraordinarily friendly staff. Not only do I recommend it to anyone for even a few days but I also say..... beware because it is addictive!!!!!!

Very courteous and helpful staff, they were very flexible about the exit time, very interesting farm with animals rescued from the road, commendable initiative. The only negatives were the location, which was a little too isolated (but you may like it) and the surcharge of 12€/night for the dog in tow, which was a little high. I have known your establishment for years and appreciated it. Even this weekend's stay, which is now coming to an end, was pleasant and worthwhile. Without taking anything away from all the Staff, I would like to say a special thank you to Claudia Falorni, who is precise, friendly, helpful and with an excellent practical spirit, and to Malak and Deuxième who, although very young, gave themselves a lot of trouble in the Restaurant Room, with truly commendable courtesy and attention.

Unfortunately we could only stay one night but everything was splendid. The place is beautiful especially the greenery is beautifully maintained. I don't understand what one could find wrong with it.

We stayed for New Year's Eve and were really pleased with the experience! The hotel is very large but despite this there was care and attention from all the staff! Daniela and her sister are exceptional ... my children were fascinated by the animal farm that was lovingly illustrated by Daniela and her husband also providing very interesting information about the character of each animal and information about Maremma culture! We and our children loved the food! The entertainment ditto ... fun and versatile guys! Thanks for a great stay, we will see you again!!! 🙂

I had a very pleasant weekend!

4-star facility set in 140 hectares of planted and cultivated land. Accommodation facilities divided into hotels, village flats and farms. Educational farm with all kinds of animals and horses pulling beautifully restored 19th century carriages. A little far from the sea, but this is not necessarily a negative factor. Definitely a valid point of reference for alternative holidays for visits to the many places of artistic, cultural and gastronomic interest.

The hotel hosted the European Flag Football championship. The grounds are beautiful, the whole place is spectacular. They were really great to all the kids who came from 50 countries to compete. Incredible facility.

Great location, close to the sea and also to many cities to visit. Very rich breakfast even for us vegans, shame about the disposable packets of jam etc... Shampoo and solid soap instead in recycled packaging. Ideal if you have a dog or children because the area is vast and surrounded by greenery, without danger, with two swimming pools. Small farm with lots of rescued animals just a few steps from the hotel: a great start to the day, amid nature and super cute little animals.helpfulness and kindness. Definitely worth returning to.

We stayed a week for the first time including the dog, it was a fantastic experience, we stayed in a flat, and used the pool olive trees, staff very kind and helpful, the lifeguards, the animation guys, Lidia especially, the girl of the bar san Luigi, very kind and lovable, even the staff de maintenance kind and very polite.The only flaw is the internet signal incomunicati absent for the entire stay, for the rest a perfect holiday!!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK

Beautiful, well-run place

The facility, consisting of hotel and residence, is very extensive. We stayed in the hotel for two nights and made use of the swimming pool (very large) and the gym (very well equipped). We were also satisfied with the breakfast. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable terrace. We would have liked free drinking water dispensers, but apart from that I would say that the hotel offers everything one needs on holiday.

In love! Wonderful and very large facility: in addition to the main part, there is the old Fornace, which offers other rooms and another part where there are flats. Super suitable for families, even with small children, or couples. There is a giant swimming pool with high water and another large one for the little ones. In the flat area another pool. Tennis court, beach volleyball and football. There is also the farm for sale which is really well maintained, and the nice thing is that some animals are free-roaming (like geese, chickens) and you can see that the animals are well kept, my daughter liked it very much.Lots of services offered and wonderful staff. Large rooms with balcony, general cleanliness very good (maybe a little extra care in the rooms, but speaks a very demanding person, who was nevertheless satisfied). The food is something exceptional, every day there were delicacies to spoil you for choice. Breakfast sweet, savoury, with fruit, equipped for various allergies. Even, if you want, there is a pizzeria/braceria in the flat area.A post is not enough to tell you about it, you have to experience it to understand. It offers so much that it is the first time in my life that I do not leave the hotel: usually I always look for things to do / see in the area and in fact I had already made a schedule almost daily, including festivals and attractions ... well, we did nothing because we wanted to stay in the hotel! A mix between hotel, village and 'camping" for the green that there is.We who usually do not return to the same place twice, or at least in the same structure, we have already decided to book again for next year! Go, experience it and you'll understand!

Abundant and varied breakfast for all tastes, possibility ’to eat in two restaurants, staff very kind and ready to meet your every need.Animation discreet and not insistent. I stayed unfortunately silo two days one of which was mid-August and on this day there ’was a beautiful fireworks display. I will definitely return.

Very quiet and very very spacious place about 8-9 km from the sea....serve take the car, but the road is very simple and well connected many car parks at the beach facilities, 1/3 are free parking and 2/3 fee.Comunque the structure is impressive, many activities, for my personal taste the air conditioning is a bit too invasive, but it is my personal taste.Two swimming pools and various activities, the service, food and staff are excellent, really nothing to say, also excellent cleaning, relaxing place to take long walks after dinner, without leaving the estate.Inoltre about an hour you are close to many places to visit such as Siena, but also small medieval villages stupendous.se seek a place to recharge the cinsiglio.

For a quiet holiday and perhaps a trip to the restaurant. We, on half board, sampled the excellence of this restaurant for days. Good, bright rooms. Excellent pools, especially the one next to the S.Luigi. Attentive and friendly staff. There is also a small farm on the estate. To recommend.

Wonderful experience well beyond expectations. Structure surrounded by greenery kept very well. Swimming pools, tennis courts, soccer fields, farm all beautiful and very curato.unica "flaws", if you want to call them, in the room obviously a bit old but kept very well and the reception of TV channels. I was a guest with my family. The facility is literally surrounded by greenery, the spaces are large and the décor is classic with Art Deco pieces. There are several sports fields and three swimming pools. The animation is not intrusive, the kids are very young and nice. Only the animation for the little ones was not continuous. We opted for half board. The breakfast is international with croissants and different types of sweets, milk, yoghurt, different cereals, the salty breakfast includes eggs both boiled and scrambled, bacon, various meats and fresh ricotta cheese, as well as coffee, cappuccino, juices and other drinks all at will. There is a restaurant with a menu of both land and sea food. Every day the menu offers a choice of 4 first courses, 4 second courses and 3 side dishes with quality ingredients. Everything is cooked divinely by the chefs to whom I have continuously sent my compliments through the waiters, hoping that they have arrived ... even the waiters are hospitality professionals, always very kind, from the head of the room Fausto, the boys Nicola, Ismeil, Achille, and all, thanks again! There is also another restaurant within the structure where the menu offers pizza, cold cuts and cheeses and grilled meat, where we consumed the Florentine steak, exquisite. The service is fast and impeccable here too.The reception is available 24 hours a day and offers maximum support for every request. I would like to thank them again for their courtesy and helpfulness in allowing me to resolve a business matter at a distance.The rooms are comfortable in a classic style, a little dated. Two out of four beds were slanted and we reported this at reception.The hotel is 12 minutes from Grosseto and 12-15 minutes from the coast.During our stay the Fiorentina football team was also a guest.

I went there with the five-a-side football team and had a good time. Very good hotel. The rooms are nice. The air conditioning is powerful. The service is OK. The hotel is big and stays in a quiet place. The pool is big and always great. I would stay there again.

I returned there after four years and found improvements. Clean rooms, excellent restaurant service and a good location for those who want to spend a day at the beach. And above all they accept animals with an area for their runs and they can stay close to their owners under the beach umbrella. Highly recommended.

A structure skilfully created between the 1970s and 1980s, built on the grounds of an old, historic farm dating back to the mid-18th century. A very evocative place where one can see and appreciate the desire to provide holidaymakers with the comfort of the most modern services while maintaining the authenticity of the place with all its characteristics. It is also strategically located, only 10 minutes' drive from Marina di Grosseto (which can also be reached by bicycle thanks to a lovely cycle path), 15 minutes' drive from Principina a Mare and a little more from Castiglione della Pescaia. Grosseto with its historic centre is also worth a visit, as is the entire Argentario area. In short, a solution that I would recommend to friends who want to experience a holiday in the Maremma without giving up anything.

Stayed here with an organised tour from 21 to 25 June.A place where relaxation is guaranteed, hotel staff professional, courteous and always ready to meet the customer's needs.Food served for dinner was delicious, of good quality and served with the right cooking.I admit that I am difficult on my own with taste, but I found waiters ready to worry if I wanted some alternative menu (which is not taken for granted elsewhere!)Pool clean and well maintained.I highly recommend it also for the strategic location.
