BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm the booking:
– Up to 3 nights stay, 1 pre-paid night and 2 nights to be paid upon arrival.
– More than 4 nights stay, 30% pre-paid upon confirmation and 70% upon arrival. 30% of pre-payment will be considered as no refundable deposit.
To cancel the booking:
– Up to 5 days before arrival (up to 14 days in July and August), 30% of pre-payment will be considered as no refundable deposit.
–In case of cancellation, changes or early departure the entire stay will be charged.
Any cancellation must be communicated by e-mail.
