  • Mezierès’ Method: aims to normalize a body structure working essentially through retraction and shortening of muscle chains which cause all common dysmorphisms (scoliosis, hyperlordosis, kyphosis, varus or valgus knee, etc.), afflicting most of the world’s population.
  • Souchard Method: based on postural re-education treatment to trace back the cause of an injury

This training focuses on body weight and small weights exercises, which aim to reflect the body natural movements by acting deeply in the muscles. The functional circuit is recommended to every individual who starts a muscle tone program.

Mezierès Method: training to stretch the muscle chains, helps losing muscle tension, restoring the original length to the shortened muscles and correct the posture. Excellent for low back pain.
